Privacy Policy
Development Exit Property Finance ("we") is operated by Lenzie Consulting Ltd, which acts as data controller for personal information gathered through this website. This policy sets out what we hold, why we hold it, and what you can do about it.
The data we hold
An enquiry gives us whatever you choose to include: typically your name, contact details, a company or SPV name, and a description of the scheme and its funding position. Independently of enquiries, the website records ordinary server-side technical information such as IP addresses and requested pages.
Why we process it
- Answering your enquiry and progressing a funding case you have asked us to work on.
- Presenting your case to lenders and funding partners, which you will always know about.
- Keeping records the law requires us to keep.
Legal grounds
For enquiries, our ground is pre-contractual steps taken at your request together with our legitimate interest in operating a brokerage. Anything resting on consent can be withdrawn whenever you choose.
Who sees it
Case details go to the lenders and funding partners relevant to placing your finance, and nowhere else. Personal data is never sold. Infrastructure suppliers (hosting, email delivery) handle data strictly on our instructions as processors.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and case records are held while a matter is live and for the period professional and legal obligations demand afterwards, then destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability all apply. Email enquiries@developmentexitpropertyfinance.co.uk to exercise any of them, and note that the Information Commissioner's Office handles complaints if you are unhappy with our answer.
Questions
